What happens next??

  • When we find a buyer who wants to see your home we will set up the showing appointment with you.
  • We will accompany the buyer to your home for the showing.
  • If the buyer is interested in the home, we will prepare the necessary paperwork including the Purchase Agreement.
  • We will then invite you into the office to go over the Purchase Agreement and other related paperwork.
  • WE will then provide all the services necessary to close the SALE including working with the buyer and thier lender, getting the appraisal if needed, setting up inspections, ect.
  • As the Seller you will pay a commission that we have already agreed upon prior to the SALE.
